sounds like fluff from the BOD. I think everyone would have been unanimous wanting to push an ultimatum on SKI especially the CFO.
More likely they all agreed on giving the ultimatum. Marcus put his hand up afterwards and said you can’t afford me now. The board is never going to admit that in an agm so they push out ‘personal reasons’. BB could have offered to go halves with his salary... never going to happen.
