You may well be right...but that's not going to change anytime soon... IMO it's more to do with the glacial EU processes (only need to look at TLG and the debacle of the Supreme Court) and reluctance / denial from the OEM's with a dose of Trump fear factor. I sold all my EU Battery Metal & Green Transition plays in March with the exception of EMN and VUL which is the only one I've been adding to. Anyway I'll start with MJ and see what he has to say all IMHO... AC
