Frankly, investing in Europe is more troublesome. The cost of power is sending most manufacturing broke.
I see that OFZ ( huge alloy plant in Eastern Europe https://www.ofz.company/en/ ) has had a gutful in Europe and is now looking at building a new alloy plant in Africa. WHY ? Cost of power in Europe.

"OFZ scouted seven locations in Africa for its new ferroalloy plant and met with local officials. OFZ is now analyzing the data to make a decision."

Tshipi (JMS and OMH ) is one of the worlds largest manganese mines in the world with 120 years of mine life.
Last quarter Tshipi exported 1,046,674 tonnes of Mn ore.
"Tshipi Borwa Manganese Mine Tshipi exports (100%) for the quarter ended 30 June 2024 totalled 1,046,674 which represented an increase of 40.3% from the previous quarter ended 31 March 2024.This upturn was mainly attributed to higher volumes of low-grade materials being exported due to favourable market conditions."

Obviously you picked a dud stock before and picked an even bigger dud stock in EMN
