Hello all,

Having been invested in this company near IPO and following the progress closely i think one of the most important unknowns is the ability for the company to secure offtakes for the full level of production.

I realise there was the two MOUs with the Chinese SOEs, my understanding is they would be converted into binding contracts once permits had been received. Has anybody spoken with the company to confirm progress?

What are people's thoughts on the likelihood of them being secured in the near future? BOAs would expedite the ability to secure debt finance and possibly execute the accelerated construction of phase II
