"Funding has been Confirmed" is not as certain as "Offtakes and Funding have been Confirmed"....
"Offtakes and Funding have been Confirmed" is not as certain as "Offtakes, Funding and Decision to Mine have been Confirmed"....
"Tremont Positioned" is not as certain as "Tremont has Confirmed their Take Over Offer"...
Without "Certainty", Tremont is not going to Confirm their Take Over Offer.
With all the above "Uncertainty" - who or what is going to push up the share price?
Remember - the "market" likes Certainty.
Now....
Whose negotiating the Offtake/s and Funding Agreements?
Why are they 12 months (at least) behind schedule?
In whose interest is it to drag their feet and, why?
The "nervous nellies" are currently being shaken out.
