Interesting he says they are talking with offtakers about finance options and we know they are talking to banks etc about finance so delays are probably about getting in all the finance options from offtakers and the banks and NAIF and Export Australia before they can decide what is best. One would like to think that offtakers finance might mean a smaller shareholder capital raise required.
