The video below has some interesting content talking about how difficult it is for companies to promote to investors with all the red tape about what they can and cannot say and in particular the restriction on too much sizzle, this is from an American but I assume the same issues may apply these days in Australia ? At the moment the company hasn't made any announcement since April 19 so plenty of frustrated investors.

BML may be waiting for a sentiment change before making any announcements but this is a red rag to a bull for some investors who like to be kept well informed about any progress or not, some companies release regular videos of progress which might be of fairly mundane stuff or just telling people what they are doing to progress things even if it isn't market moving so the investors know what is happening and can see what management are doing to earn those hefty fees.
