So - offtakes have been under consideration for almost two years now. What exactly is the hold up? Are they waiting for a NAIF decision or just desperately hoping PMs moon to make this project viable?

As we enter Q3, we approach the point in time at which Simon will shortly announce another delay (if that's what he is planning to do). The are some smooth brains in the forum already signaling they are happy for him to do so. Make no mistake, if this happens, the SP will drop below 10c and not rise above 17c for the foreseeable future.
