D-day is nearly here. There are only 4 days left of the June quarter which has been the OFS publication deadline since the merger. I'm unclear why there is a 'first phase' of the OFS as it just sounds like they're leaving ambiguity there to do more phases as they see fit ... but we'll see.

The below from the March Future Facing Commodities presentation shows they have updated the MRE in May but are yet to release the Project development strategy. Makes sense that is done with the BFS publication so it could come this week too.
OFS will then lead us into project finance and confirming offtake agreements and FID.
My prediction is the OFS will be held up and the EPA delay blamed. I'd much prefer AVL to hit a deadline for once and release the OFS with coverage for the EPA decision if it goes in way of supporting the objection or not.
