Hi all,
Research tells me that the barriers to entry are actually greater than you think as client relationship doesn't happen overnight, add to that scale as an important driver and ofx is building that quickly. Perhaps ofx current price is a touch on the high multiple side but that's not unreasonable considering high growth forecasts. If you take a 12-24 month view ofx should do ok. Vendors exiting is a negative but not unusual and not the end of the world as they probably have a new project to play with.
