    I think you put it plainly.

    It seems that the insto's and others are willing to pay say $1.50, for it to go to $5, than to pay 65c.

    Is there any brokers covering eLK are is it to small at the moment. This could be another reason. Once RS report is out and ELK is a $250-$500m company, then broker coverage will be a certainity.
