I doubt that the workers at Didipio who are soon to be laid off next month would regard the deceased Lopez as a 'saint". The article you have held up as an example for our education has the DENR denying mining companies back in 2017 opportunities to conduct their business because of the extreme view of the same "saint" Lopez.
Now in the last few months the DENR has restated its nod of approval for OGC's application to have its FTAA granted by Duterte. So with Lopez gone there has been a change in direction and / or directives from those politicians wanting to encourage mining again to allow the economy to flourish.
Thank you for your input but perhaps your reliance on out of date research may limit the quality of your decisions.
