as i see it there is no such thing as a true market cap wich combines the three markets. after converting the currencies shares can be trading at different prices on the three markets and therefore it is possible to trade and make money/ or loose money on the difference. how all this works ie buying a a number of shares on one market and selling them in another market i am not sure but there would have to be a cost to the trader for all of this.
so to answer your question if the share prices on each exchange(after currency conversion) are different then you would have different market caps for each exchange.
