I wonder does this have something to do with the previous executives liquidating their positions? Klaus was the founder of the Brazilian OGX subsidiary and Mark P. OGX CEO. Along with Marcelo they were paid exorbitant and unsustainable amounts of money for a fledgling company to find. They should have bought plenty of shares ...lots of money to afford it.
Klaus was the original director of operations and we all saw how that ended. While they were in charge ...profligate spending and the only successful mining being of shareholders.
Thank God for new management before we were all dragged into oblivion (except for them of course -they came out of it very nicely).
