they own 18% but could also pick up another 3.2 million shares in jorc resources prevail as part of orinoco deal.... 1.2 million on half million resource (free shares)
amd 2.4 million on million resource (free also) ..
have a look at announcement when nmerger happened - trf owned 24% of orinoco. they may also hold some 25c options but i don't know as these do not have to be disclosed.
could be a massive payday for TRF.
