Not sure where you are getting your info from, but one obvious incorrect statement is re Richard Crew,, Richard Crew came on board in late 2017, not the past five years... someone is feeding you miss informed. As for the pending legal action, I would not think they would have left themselves open to any action,, the chairman was a barrister for a start.. Then in the last paragraph you mention moving the company to Canada, if that was to happen, where would that leave the legal action? In my opinion, the only change of any of us getting any of our money back is with a re-list.
