    Blitzz,

    i spoke to Joe Pinto about 2-3 months ago and he was very worried with what was happening or not happening at the time.

    we spoke for 15-20 minutes and he told me he was having a meeting with share holders in Sydney which had about 60million shares combined. I think the holders called him up for the meeting. Not sure what happened with the meeting but the share holders were not happy at the time.
