One thing I would like to put forward numbers willing, would be to change the options on T/O towards management with a minimum $ amount that they get paid on. For intance 5c minimum for a take over deal, otherwise production target bonus doesn't come in to play, just as a fail safe measure in case a low ball T/O is being manoeuvred.
