Here is an extract from the original announcement regarding the new terms with Cartesian. It is from 09/12/16 and at the time management had said they where in discussions with a major player regarding a JV (evidently Anglo)

The next time these conditions where mentioned in an announcement was the annual report on 31/03/17.

Notice the difference? (hint: part IV)

Between December 9th and march 31st the MOU for a JV with Anglo was announced. Also notice Cartesian wanted 3 members on the board but the capital raising managed to get the $6m and they had to make do with 2 members - until recently.

A lot of question marks over this deal IMO.
