If you look at the SRGroup website you would think OGX is all they have to do at the moment. The Compensation Scheme of Last Resort doesn't seem to exist yet, so I suppose their lobbying can be dragged out until it does, and we find out who is eligible and for what.

I liked the statement "We charge very modest fees to cover our operating costs and overheads. We make our money by getting you your money, not by charging excessive fees with no guarantee of a result" Their very modest fees are up to $165,000 per month to cover one person working on the case, plus 10% of YOUR money if they recover any of it. I couldn't find any guarantee of a result anywhere...
