    For all those newbies out there and all those who are new to gold mining acronyms, a "CIL plant" is a Carbon in Leach Gold Recovery Plant. Something to do with extracting the gold from the tailings I think. Had to google this but at least I learnt something today from reading this thread.

    Still don't know exactly who the "they" people are????
    I hope this isn't just another conspiracy theory!!!!!
