Yes Ophir, when they announced the deal with the financier, I thought they where giving to much away also.. I think the " repayments " are caped at 25k oz ( from memory, correct me if I am wrong ) at today's gold price $1650 aud is around 41 million aud.. if you forget what they are actually buying with the money and look at what the company ends up with, being an fully operational underground mine from basically scratch, then it is a bargain. How much would if cost to do the same thing in Australia ?? So the funding arrangement is not such a bad deal INHO..
