G'Day Brando31- holders & any one else interested .
Mgt read H.C. its in their interests to so on many levels .
So their is little reason to forward any thing on as they are aware as can be seen in Asx releases provided below .
The tailings are a priority & have been mentioned by MGT many times have conducted a review of Asx Ann by the
current OGX -BOD & MGT team the below will confirm.
Ssee below I have listed approx. how many times MGT has mentioned high grade gold in tailings & encourage
holders to go back & scrutinise when the Board spill occurred -when changes happened & why do we think it happened
what was happening ATT -look at the time frames .
Encourage all to cross reference them selves & verify information .

London-121 mining Investment Conference May 18th 2018
1)- Five one tonne random tailings samples recovered 9.27 g/t Au with potential
for significant gold recovery near term.
2)-Potential for high grade tailings recovery -total size of the tailings stockpile estimated ~30,000 tonnes –to be re-processed through Hammer Mills.
3)-Post Commissioning of HM-4 -initial focus will be on processing of high grade tailings.
Asx Release-30th April
4)- Commission HM with initial focus on high grade tailings.
Asx-Release 18th April
5)-HM4 has been specified as a diesel generated machine (as opposed to HM1, HM2 and HM3, which are electrical) so that there
is the option to locate it at the tailings from time to time to process that material without double handling.
Orinoco believes that the tailings will be an important source of production material this year and so equipment flexibility in
this regard is important (Refer to ASX release on 1st of February 2018 entitled Orinoco Confirms Outstanding Grades of Gold in Tailings.
Asx Release-9th March 2018
6)- Orinoco recently announced the results of
5 x random 1 tonne samples (average grade 9.3 g/t) processed through a hammer mill
from your existing tailings stockpile.
7)- Based on the results of our recent tailing’s sampling program, it does look like
the last two years of milling was sending a fair amount of gold into the tailings.
8)- Once our Hammer Mill 3 is running to Richard’s high standards,
he will introduce a second shift that will focus on processing the tailings each day.
This will provide an excellent blending material for our high grade underground feed.
Asx Release 5th Feb-2018
Orinoco Confirms Outstanding Grades of Gold in Tailings .
9) -Five (5) samples extracted in random one-tonne batches have been processed through the 400kg per hour Hammer Mill 2
and recovered a total 46.37 grams of gold.
The samples returned an average grade of 9.27 g/t.
The grades recovered from each one-tonne sample were 4.75 g/t, 11.90 g/t, 10.14 g/t, 9.86 g/t and 9.72 g/t.
This test was conducted on one of the Company’s dry stacked tailings stockpiles and was directed by our geological team.
The one tonne samples were taken at depths of up to 4 metres and included two vertical channels.
The milling process is
recorded with CCTV and
monitored by senior staff to ensure process integrity.
Final processing is carried out in the gold recovery room
under rigid security controls and accompanied
by the departmental manager.
Comment from COO
10)-Chief Operating Officer,
Richard Crew commented "
In my 30 years in the mining business I have only seen one other project with such high tailings results.
View attachment 1149259
Back hoe excavator excavating tailings sample.
11)- NOTE- "IMPORTANTLY THIS STOCKPILE " was "NOT" FROM MATERIAL PROCESSED FROM THE "HIGHER GRADE"
AND FINER GOLD" MESTRE ZONE"-THAT WE SUSPECT "HAS GONE TO TAILINGS ALSO".
12)-The Company is hoping that the tailings could be a source of low cost gold when reprocessed which could provide substantial cash flow for the business moving forward.
The tailings could form an important source of blending with our much higher-grade underground ore .
During commissioning of our Hammer Mill 2 in mid-January we surprisingly processed waste with an average grade of 15.42 g/t
through the mill as reported on the 24th of January from our Cascavel Operational Update.
We will go back to that same waste stockpile as we warm up Hammer Mill 3.
13)-In closing, the initial five one-tonne tailings samples averaging 9.27 g/t gives us some indication
as to how much gold has" NOT"BEEN RECOVERED by the gravity plant over the past 18 months and provides us confidence in the true potential of Cascavel.
Asx Release-30th January 2018
Mr Jeremy Gray was appointed as Managing Director after Craig Dawson LEFT THE COMPANY.
It should be noted that initial results received during the quarter from the test hammer mill indicate
that the gravity plant has been inefficient in terms of gold liberation from the ore hence the shift in processing strategy to conventional hammer mill methods going forward.
Asx Release 17th Jan
14)- Mr Gray concludes "For now it's too early to know the true potential of Cascavel,
however simple changes
to the way we mill our rich ore are showing dramatic improvements to our grade and recovery.
With the re-processing of our tailings starting tomorrow through the new 400kg per hour hammer mill,
These tailings could be a rich source of gold
that was lost when it was processed through the gravity mill
over the last 12 months.
Asx Release 12 Jan 2018
Tests between the dates of 21 November 2017 and 21/ December 2017 through a small 200kg per hour pilot hammer mill were announced on the ASX on the 18 and 28 Dec 2017 and illustrated in Tables 1 & 2.
These initial results
showed that the recovery and grade can dramatically improve when it is not processed in
the current gravity recovery plant.
During this period, the small hammer mill achieved recoveries of over 93%
So above was from sample taken dates 21 Nov-21 Dec.
Quote -Importantly
the MSM batch see (Table 2 and Image 1), was a blend of both stope and development
ore results listed in table 3 & focus on the MSM sample results that returned 26.64 g p/t.
Now focus on this little part
-Owing to the DIFFERENCES IN GRADES IN PROCESSING THROUGH THE GRAVITY PLANT see Asx Release 28th Dec 2017.
"Important"-Quote
This same batch was processed in a much larger quantity of 100 tonnes through the gravity plant on December 22, and "ACHIEVED A GRADE OF ONLY 2 G P/T".
Quote continued
Owing to the large differences in grade we have decided to re-process several bulk samples
of previously
processed material (tailings) through the trial hammer mill which gives a much finer grind than the current comminution circuit
to ascertain the potential gold content.
So we can see they did re sample from this 100 tonne batch that the gravity plant processed & only recovered 2 grams of gold per tonne from -yet this same MSM - 100 t batch that was resampled & processed through the hammer mill RETURNING A GRADE OF 26.64G P/T.
So the differential go between the 2 grams per tonne recovered by the gravity plant
& the same batch being resampled returning 26.64 g p/t- sailed right off into tails .
So the gravity plant only recovered 2g p/t & the resampled recovery was 26.64 g p/t
so at realistically 85% recovery when resampling was done -means the gravity plant was being
fed 31 grams per tonne & only recovered 2 grams per tonne ?
Subtract the 2 g p/t the gravity plant recovered & 29 grams per tonne went to tailings
And by the way in this 100t batch the gravity plant was recovering a Dismal 6.5 % of gold &
93.5% of gold was going to tails.
This is NOT an assumption -Do you think this was a Robinson Cusso isolated event "NO "or you would
recall higher recoveries from the gravity plant would you Not -did you Noooooooooooo.
"Sit loads" of gold went to tails !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Further-last line !
Asx Release 18th December
15) -Potential for
High Grade Tailings to be reprocessed in 2018 .
This is directly from Asx Reports -Not assumption -No spin Zone here .
Go verify cross check above information yourselves
-the GOLD WENT TO TAILS !
Their is nothing ambiguous here.
THE GOLD SHOULD NOT HAVE GONE TO TAILS FOR longer than one shift
IF standard
operating procedure was utilised ( sample tailing each shift) -the plant should & normally would be
immediately shut down until the problem was rectified .
No gold mill processing facility anywhere would allow 85% of its gold -revenue stream to
continue to go to tails -FULL STOP !
So why was gold allowed to continue going to tailing for months & MONTHS ?
That prevented OGX receiving much needed gold sales revenue -NOT ASSUPTION ?
There must have been motive-it just can not be explained any other way .
Who got the chop ?
Ask yourselves what else was going on at the time that may have influenced behaviour to allow t
his debacle to continue ?
What matters now- is this Gold is still in tails, & MGT knows this as seen in how many times its been
mentioned-time to begin RE-processing & INJECT CAPITAL into the balance sheet & correct what
should never have occurred .
Understand -when you RE-process tailings their is very little costs associated its virtually all cream.
NOT JUST IMO -FACTS ARE FACTS
