I do not mean the deal is not good with current Biota share price. Instead, I am worried that the meal is not progressing as planned.
Before the merger deal is concluded, there are some other factors, besides Biota shareholders' support, that can influence the merger deal going ahead. For example, Nabi shareholder might demand better deal, and regulators may object to the proposed deal.
Just my opinions.
