    MUL and MPO didnt sign the proposed "Hot air" agreement today

    Reports are that a contract could not be reached due to some issues with sparks and naked flame clauses in the overall approach, and the rider that MUL placed on the contract that they could issue another 100mil shares to "cover food and stuff" expenses for staff.
