Thanks illiquid. The incentive scheme was unpopular on HC but the instos would have carried the day, as they do. Also not saying finance will come through, though hopeful of an update this quarter.
More optimistic of the global markets these days, but we know this can turn on a dime (news flow). Overall faith based on ongoing progress and that as spot price recovers, PEN will be one of the early new producers in the US, whenever that happens...
