Col I don't have a date yet but I do expect we'll have an announcement including resolutions within the next few months. I'm just getting in early and trying to get the message to management not to indulge in the same largesse as last year.

Not much into the populist thumbs up but as a means of sending management who we're told monitor this forum, a message it may be worth starting a new thread, and allowing people to show their feelings with a thumbs up or down depending on their sentiment on the issue. It's probably less useful to use my post which is buried in a thread of a different topic (sorry). I won't create it as it would seem self serving.
