    That scenario had occurred to me also!! Very likely IMHO. Don't forget though that the government signed a marketing agreement for their Chinguetti oil along with HDR, BG and Premier just the other day .. so I reckon its business as usual .. with some argy bargy negotiating in the background...just to keep us on the edge of our seat. If it were a soapy it couldn't be better scripted !!
