    re: oh bugger ! gas agreement ?? Todays announcement im sure will be resolved in favour of the written contracts.

    The worry for me is that wpl are in dispute allready before any $$$$ have flowed ?

    This in my opinion does not go well for the j.v to negotiate the gas agreement.

    If the govt lose this first battle they may well look to someone else for the gas exploitation ?
