At the AGM, Potter made it clear that the gas belongs to the JV partners and as such can't just be given to someone else (unless sovereignty issues come into play)

My concern is that they will find this ex-minister guilty in some sham courtroom, then use this as "evidence" that the contracts were agreed to illegally. They will then attempt to have the contract changes reversed.
