    That's kind of meaningless, it's one or the other.

    Relevance: Bearish

    According to Bulkowski when it occurs after an upward breakout it's bullish 53% of the time. Favourable I suppose but only by 3%

    Reliability: Low

    Makes sense in light of the above.
