As CDI's shares are 0.66c about, yet offer is at $4.35 as shares. $4.35/6=0$0.725. That is not looking good. Especially when the money is being raised for

"Unilife expects to use the net proceeds from this offering to fund the continued development and commercial
supply of its diversified portfolio of advanced drug delivery systems, and to drive the expansion of its
workforce to support anticipated customer demands."

ANTICIPATED customers - Oh dear Alan, I think you need to be clearer than that !! If these anticipated customers are the ones that are supposed to come forward in 2014 I think if I take a long shot punt I'll just buy on the market and let the good panel of shareholders determine the price for me...
