I don't share your view B22 as it has been obvious for several months that a fund raising was on the cards. On the contrary I see the raising as good news as (1) the price could have been lower and (2) it gives the company funds to move forward with AD, AND with Heemskirk on the books at no cost - IMO a real plus!
I dont see any retribution and prefer dilution rather than the alternative of seeing Heemskirk being flogged off for SFA.
