re: oh dear ...cue to risky business Hi folks,
We were lucky enough to bail out of CUE near
its highs, in early March ..... a nice ride too, but
now the CUE chart is looking decidedly weak.
Would like to see this one test .05 again and maybe
that is a good way off yet .....
Clearly CUE has some finance issues to address,
but there will be no advancement in that quarter,
until the Indonesian government gives the green
light to the whole project ..... and nothing happens
fast in the Indonesian oilpatch, especially those
issues needing government approval.
CUE would be smarter to bail out fr cash and let
STO develop the fields on their lonesome.
Show me how many smallcap Aussie oilers have been
truly successful in Indonesia .... zip, zilch, nada, zero.
There's only mid-cap NVS and blue chips like STO
and BHP, that have deep enough pockets to last
the distance in Indonesia ..... if CUE makes it
through this whole process, it will be a truly
great achievement for a junior Aussie oiler.
If that project was in Oz CUE would be a very
hot stock, despite the prospect of further shares
being issued.
Will post some further analysis, as CUE bottoms
out, but don't hold your breath waiting for this
one.
happy trading all
