But anyway, Richard chandler wont be able to buy more now as they will reach the 20% threshold where they will have to make a buyout offer, of which if we study RC's part investment, they never want to take majority stake.

The short seller was very smart in which he waited for RC to buy up to nearly 20% so that he knows the major buyer is out of the market. But hold on, there is still capital group!
