aldp has become a joke, it was set up for emerging techs that needed support in commercialising their tech, yet now they are after big companies that can help in rail and port infrastructure. They have 90 million, why not support techs like exergen and esi, brown coal needs cleaning up.
If lind are on board I am still somewhat positive, they have been negotiating with esi for some time and would have a good idea on what is happening.
India was always a better route to market, why pay twice as much to prove a tech when you don't have to. Just hope they get it off the ground.
