Heart transplant will always be the gold standard. As the heart doesnt need a nerve supply to function at near 100% there is very little downside if you can avoiding rejection of the organ.

The thing is, resuscitation of a heart 30 minutes after organ death doesn't really change the landscape that much.

It may add 50/100/200% more hearts available (probably less than 50% i'd imagine) but still, there will be a shortage of hearts available as the mismatch is huge currently.

If cpulse can get enrolments and maintain its current clinical effect we'll be fine. We'll all make multiples of our current investments, it just may not become a 10 billion dollar company or anything like that.
