Huh - makes no sense. They've yet to complete the spp. Whilst underwriting this they as yet don't know how shares they'll end up with and even so why sell at a loss so hastily. I'd hazard a guess this is pushed down because it can be at low volume and the delays, gov approval, spp extension, etc. the wait and see is what is transpiring here, nothing more nothing less.
