If I were Richard Li, the first thing I would have done, on turning up for work this morning, is thump the IT guy's desk and say 'Get this *^&$%# server up and running - NOW'.
Anyway, the ASX should be told what this major impediment to making sales is all about. It really is such a simple technical problem to solve - assuming a liquidator has not taken your server and your backup server.
