    Technically it should bounce off 50% fib at 4.5cents,
    but there is a 38.2% fib is at 3.5cents.
    Base on the last steady 100% at 9cents and 0% at 0 cents (worth nothing )

    It is just an observation and technical charting, nothing to do with fundamental of the company.
