On this mornings Finance News Network article by Peter Milos "Moodys downgrade US Banks" about 1/2 way down that article are 2 Paragraphs starting with

Para 2 is the kicker that has caused the SP to collapse and investors to quit the stock.
The SP has fallen 21% so far this week and is expected to worsen even suggestions the Piedmont will not hang about and will quit for easier projects.
Lots of investors getting out saying the same thing Mali,Zimbabwe,DRC, Ghana all heading the same way.
Ghana has kept mum throughout the exploration about what they would impose in Royalties now ALL is at ML stage not granted the Ghana see the project as a golden egg they have been very supportive as ALL have developed but now with the new law about to be past looks ike they are setting a Royalty of between 5% and as high as 10% hence the stampede for the door as you say its a solid project that has a long life and the lithium but no matter that we still have not been granted the ML and I would say we were over the barrel.
