The abrubt statement of the resignations of the Chairman and Non Exec director, both legal people, together with the lack of normal pleasantries (thanks etc etc) suggests some acrimony at board level. What a pity. This is the last thing one wants these days. It also leaves a board dominated by geologists which has both positives and negatives. Personally I would have liked to have seen a mining engineer, well versed in the exploitation of gold depsoits, on the board as it seems such expertise is badly needed.
