If OH moves on, it is just another step in the decimation of a once great company. I hope he doesn't. This merger is one of the most ill advised, dumbest business decisions for some time.
However, I am thrilled that the shareholders have taken a position and spoken up. Perhaps Cussak and the board might treat us with some respect, rather than with the contempt they have displayed throughout this merger.
Cussak's reputation and credibility is shot and he should now move on. OH's deal would probably have got up if the share price hadn't halved, so fair's fair!
