What is the point?
Need to ask yourself these questions first.
Why it is dropping?
When will it ever rise?
averaging down reduces your loss if you sell after it rises, but prior to hitting your new average down break even price.
averaging down increases the profit for those not smart enough to buy in during the seconds the stock is available at it's lowest price prior to significant rises.
would you be happy if you bought in today, not having any previous history with this share at todays' share price?
