Of course pre feasibility and FS etc can be carried out with some hold ups (significant ones actually) but production? That is where the really big delays will start. One infection and shut down for weeks. And there will be infections despite the expensive screening the co will put in place. Not so crazy to keep everything on hold and wait for a vaccine.
