1. Rental income growth up 9.6% Australia & 10% US.
2. Sales growth Australia up 7%
3. Citigroup values shares at $3.13 as a takeover target
4. Cash Flow $96.2 mill from the Qtr. Exellent Cash Flow .
5.Bank loans Unsecured and they want their money back eg CBA owed 1 Billion. They obviously want Centro to succeed as they don't want this figure on their bottom line
6. Extension of Debt till DEC'08, May 30th pending of course.They will get it no question!
7. Sale of individual Asset worth much more ie Sold as individuals and getting more than expected eg property in QLD just sold above expectations
