I think if China really want the company, they would know IMO that it would not get approved at $10.00, I think the offer would be more around the $15.00 mark. China want gas, and lots of it, there not going to mess around now, and end up paying ALLOT more in the years to come for the same company. Anyway... we might not even get a takeover announcment, who knows, but even if the market does not open with an announcment / trading halt tomorrow... I wouldnt be suprise if KAR did get offered something soon, thats two news articles in under a week that have mentioned karoons name in a takeover, usually IMO when rumours start... well theres often no smoke without fire.
