What does a takeover mean for us share holders?
If it happenens, does the company (doing the taking) over try to buy our shares?
Who dictates the price of the shares? Or is it just a case of having new owners?
Does COP have to agree to the (potential) takeover from the chinese?
Surely the "potential" of KAR would dictate that the price would go up?
Is a takeover good for KAR?
