An offer around the $10 mark would be laughed off ... their is no way in hell, the board would support something like that .
This is bob's baby and i doubt he will let it go for a firesale price it just won t happen .
The majority of karoon holders are smart cookies ,that is why they hold the stock ,again 100 % of the people i know in the stock personally and that includes some very large holders would not sell at that price ...it would be ridiculous .
The offer iF it was to happen would need to be many multiples
of the current price to even get a look-in .
