The Prime Minister says a sustainable continent, an enterprising culture and a fair and decent society will be the themes of his Government's fourth term agenda.

Mr Howard will today unveil the future direction of the Howard Government's fourth term if the Coalition wins this year's federal election.

It is designed to win over voters who might think the Government has run out of fresh ideas.

"It'll be very much a speech in which I seek to share with the Australian people what I believe are our responsibilities and our goals if the Australian people are good enough to give us a fourth term," he said.

He will outline the Coalition's philosophy of a fair and decent society and his vision for a sustainable continent which balances care for the environment with the country's infrastructure needs.

A key concept is Australia's enterprising culture which targets mothers working from home and employment opportunities for older Australians.
